Processing Time
Each ceramic piece is handmade with care. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Pre-Orders and Custom orders will not dispatch in the above timeframe, as they are made-to-order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4-14 business days.
Shipping rates are $15 Flat Rate - that's unlimited items. Standard shipping only. Australia wide.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship to any other countries apart from Australia.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging our ceramics, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with photos, and we’ll assist with a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
As each piece is handmade, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at sunshinepottree@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Attach clear photos of the item if damaged or defective.
- We will review your request and provide instructions for the next steps.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Due to the unique nature of our ceramics, we cannot guarantee an exact replacement but will do our best to find a similar piece.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.
