Meet the Maker
Hi, I'm Debby! I am the creative mind behind the world of Sunshine Pot-Tree. What started as a fun new hobby has grown into an incredible venture.
Fun fact: I named it 'Sunshine Pot-Tree' as I started off making a lot of pots than hang in trees so that meshed for me.
I am so proud to share my work with the world, and get to express my art through ceramics and thrilled that people purchase my pieces for themselves.
My Studio
All Sunsine Pot-Tree pieces are hand crafted in my home studio. Surrounded by nature, on the beauitful Sunshince Coast in Queensland, I am constanlty inspired to create. I fire on-site in my own kiln, and most pieces you will see photographed are done freshly fired, and situated somewhere in the garden or poolside. Our studio is currently closed to the public but I am setting up a 'local pick up option' and plan to be involved with the 'Open Studio' Art Trail in 2026.
Hand-Made in Australia
All of our pieces are made in-house and by hand using clays sourced from our Australian landscape. We mid-fire to temperatures with food-safe glazes to ensure the most durable, functional products possible.
Our classic, contemporary design emanates understated luxury and style. From bowls and mugs to plates and serving ware ~ the perfect centrepiece for both daily meals and celebratory gatherings.
